On September 28, 2009 the Planning Commission of the Town of Auburn met for their twenty-second meeting. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members present were Al Blaha, Dennis Henry, Wade Latz, Paul Scheidecker, and Clyde Allison. Lary Boese and Kevin Ludwigson were absent. Also present were Leo Zeman and Randi Osberg.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by the commission.
There was no public comment after a review of the commission's work to date by Randi Osberg.
The final draft of the Town of Auburn's Comprehensive Plan was approved with minor revisions. Dennis Henry made a motion to send the Plan to the Town Board for adoption. Wade Latz seconded. Motion carried.
The Commission then considered changes to the ordinance governing the minimum subdivision requirements. Dennis Henry made a motion that a five acre lot size remain in effect with no other restrictions. Clyde Allison seconded. Motion carried. This recommendation will go to the Town Board for their consideration.
Ther are no further meetings scheduled at this time.
