September 15, 2010 Board of Review Meeting
BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING
On September 15, 2010 the Board of Review met at the Town Hall. Those present were Leo Zeman, Jay Sippy, Paul Scheidecker, Gene Peterson, Judy Misner, Bob Irwin and Mark Bergh.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Leo Zeman at 7 :08 pm. The minutes of the last meeting were read. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Leo Zeman seconded it. Motion carried.
Mark Bergh presented his argument with 3 comparables as to why he felt the assessment of $401,100 on his house was too high. After some discussion Paul Scheidecker made a motion to lower Mark’s house assessment to $332, 700. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. There were 4 yays and 0 nays to this motion. Motion carried.
With no further business to discuss Jay Sippy made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:38 pm.
