BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 for their monthly meeting.
All were present plus Lary Boese, Dennis Henry, Kevin Ludwigson who arrived at 7:25 PM, Greg Rayment, who left at 7:50, and Randi Osberg and Shawn Raukman who both left at 8:15PM.
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 PM.
Jay Sippy made a motion to accept the preliminary Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Auburn, and to set a Public Hearing for November 18, 2009 at 6:45 PM. The motion was seconded by Paul Scheidecker. Carried.
The contract for the bedding sand contract was reviewed . Leo Zeman made a motion to approve the proposed agreement with Glacier Bedding Sand, subject to review and revision of contract by Town Attorney. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
A motion to amend the subdivision ordinance for clarification as recommended by the Plan Commission was made by Jay Sippy and seconded by Leo Zeman. Motion carried.
The minutes of the September meeting were read. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Jay Sipppy made a motion to authorize checks # 7877-7896 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
The budget date and time was set by a motion by Jay Sippy to be on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 7 PM. The motion was seconded by Leo Zeman. Carried.
The proposed budget was reviewed and revised and PASER forms filled out.
After setting the agenda for the November meeting, Jay Sippy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 9:50 PM.
