BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 for their monthly meeting.
Those present were Leo Zeman, Paul Scheidecker, Jay Sippy, Judy Misner, Lary Boese. Bruce Bjorkstrand who left at 8:08 PM., Gene Petersen who arrived at 7:40 and Dennis Henry at 7:42PM.
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM.
The minutes of the October meeting were read. Paul Scbeidecker made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Paul Scheidecker made a motion to authorize checks # 7897-7914 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
For Public Comment Lary Boese presented the final copy of the signed agreement ( DRH1LLC) with Glacier Bedding Sand. The Board reviewed the agreement and Leo Zeman made a motion to approve this agreement contingent upon Lary providing proof of insurance bonding. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
The finalized budget was reviewed and left as is.
With a unanimous vote by the Board the Comprehensive Plan and Subdivision Ordinance was adopted for the Town of Auburn.
After setting the agenda for the December meeting, Jay Sippy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
