BUDGET HEARING MEETING
NOVEMBER 10, 2009
The Auburn Town Board met on November 10, 2009 for the Budget Hearing meeting. Those present were Jay Sippy, Leo Zeman, Alden Berg and Judy Misner. Paul Scheidecker arrived at 7:25 PM. The meeting was called to order, by Chairman Leo Zeman, at 7:02 PM.
The minutes of the 2008 budget meeting were read. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Leo Zeman seconded it. Motion carried.
The proposed budget was reviewed. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the proposed budget. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
Leo Zeman made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Jay Sippy seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 7:25PM.
Immediately following the Budget-Hearing Meeting, a special meeting to approve the levy and highway expenditures was called to order by Leo Zeman. A motion was made by Jay Sippy to set the levy at $116,500.00. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Motion carried.
Paul Scheidecker made a motion to set highway expenditures at $109,419.00. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
Jay Sippy made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:37 PM.
