On May 27, 2009 the Planning Commission of the Town of Auburn met for their eighteenth meeting.The meeting was called to order at 7:00 I.ME.
All members were present. Also attending the meeting were Leo Zeman, Jay Sippy and Shawn Rauckman.
After reading the minutes of the last meeting a motion to approve the minutes was approved by the Commission.
Shawn Rauckman presented an initial draft of the Housing and Transportation elements.
There was no public comment.
The Commission then reviewed and made additions to the Housing and Transportation elements.
The next meeting and open house was scheduled for 7/1/09 at 7:00P.M.
After setting the agenda for the next meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 8:19 P.M.
