May 14, 2008 May Board Meeting Minutes
On May 14, 2008 the Auburn Town Board met for their monthly meeting
at the Town Hall. The
meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM by Chairman Leo Zeman. All
were present plus Richard
Pecha. The minutes of the April meeting were read. A correction to
the minutes was made to add that the re-evaluation is included in the
assessor's wage of $21,300. Jay Sippy then made a motion to accept
the minutes as corrected. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion.
Carried.
For public comment, Richard Pecha, who is our County Supervisor,
stated he would like to go
through all the Town roads so he is familiar with them.
Summer road work will include no black topping this summer. There
will be some trees to remove, and some maintenance and clean-up.
The financial report was reviewed and approved and bills audited and
checks # 7518-7534 were approved for payment with a motion by Jay
Sippy and a second by Paul Scheidecker. Motion carried.
After setting the agenda for the June meeting, the meeting was
adjourned with a motion by Jay Sippy and a second by Paul Scheidecker.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
