BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 for their monthly meeting.
Those present were Leo Zeman, Paul Scheidecker, Gene Peterson, Judy Misner and
Chad Philipps. The meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM.
The minutes of the April meeting were read. Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve
The minutes as read. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Paul Scheidecker made a
Motion to authorize checks # 7780- 7795 to be paid, and the financial report be approved.
Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
A letter from Jan Usselmann concerning licensing at the White Birch was discussed. Paul Scheidecker made a motion that we delay action until we can consult with WTA. Leo
Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
The Board reviewed the plans and prices sent in for the property fence. Action was delayed
Until more information can be obtained from the builders.
After setting the agenda for the June meeting, Paul Scheidecker made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Leo Zeman seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 9:10 PM.
