March 25, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes
PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
On March 25, 2009 the Planning Commission of the Town of Auburn met
for the sixteenth meeting. The meeting was called to order at 7:00
PM.
All members were present. Also attending the meeting were Leo Zeman,
Jay Sippy, Randi Osberg and Shawn Rauckman.
The reading of the last meeting’s minutes were approved by the
commission.
A timeline for the completion of the Comprehensive Plan was presented
by Randi Osberg.
A motion to approve the timeline was adopted by the Commission.
A discussion of land use issues and the posting of information to the
public followed.
The following is proposed timeline for Public Meetings and Open House
of each of the nine elements.

The next meeting and Open House was scheduled for April 29, 2009 at
7:00PM.
After setting the agenda for the next meeting, this meeting was
adjourned at 8:20PM.
