SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 10, 2010
On Thursday, June 10, 2010 a Special Town board meeting was called to renew the license of the White Birch Bar and Grill, LLC.
Those present were Paul Schiedecker, Jay Sippy, Judy Misner, Angela Culver, Samantha Borofka and Ray Emersfoll.
After reviewing the application and agent’s responsibility Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve the liquor license for the White Birch Bar and Grill LLC with Samantha Borofka as agent, as of June 10, 2010. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After the licenses were filled out, Jay Sippy made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:50PM.
