June 10, 2009 Board Meeting Minutes
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 for their monthly meeting.
All were present plus Kevin Ludwigson who arrived at 7:05PM. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
The minutes of the May meeting were read. Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Jay Sippy made a motion to authorize checks # 7796-7816 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
The propane pre-pay option from Bloomer Farmers Union was discussed, but decided to not take action on it at the present time.
Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve the contract from American Fencing for approximately 12332 feet of chain link fencing and a 6 foot high gate, for $12,144.00. Jay Sipppy seconded the motion. Carried.
A motion to approve the liquor license for Julie’s Roadhouse and the operator’s license for Timothy Heardon, Cindy Schwarzhuber, Debi Robinson, Tammy Lowell, Ruth Eastham, Julie Fleischauer and Brian Fleischauer was made by Paul Scheidecker with the contingency that there are no background issues. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After setting the agenda for the July meeting, Jay Sippy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM.
