July 8, 2009 Board Meeting Minutes
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 for their monthly meeting.
All were present plus Paul Scheidecker who arrived at 7:10 PM and Chad Philipps who arrived at 8PM. . The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM.
The minutes of the June meeting were read. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Jay Sippy made a motion to authorize checks # 7817-7835 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
For the Fire Board appointments Curly Christianson and Dennis Henry were appointed for another year and Jay Sippy and Paul Scheidecker appointed as alternates.
Jay Sippy made a motion to set the Dumpster Day date for October 3, 2009 from 9AM to 1 PM.
And to have Right Away Roll Off bring a 30 yard dumpster. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
Paul Scheidecker made a motion to asphalt between the sand and salt shed. Jay Sippy seconded it. Motion carried.
Jay Sippy made a motion to put in a water line to the shop. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
After setting the agenda for the August meeting, Jay Sippy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
