July 25, 2007 Comprehensive Plan Meeting Minutes
On July 25 2007 the Planning Commission of the Town of Auburn met at
the Town Hall for their tenth meeting. Members present were Clyde
Allison, Lary Boese, Kevin Ludwigson, Wade Latz, Paul Scheidecker and
Dennis Henry.Al Blaha was absent. Virginia Welle and Melanie Park were
also present.
The meeting was called to order at 7:18 p.m. the minutes of the
previous meeting were read by Dennis Henry. Clyde Allison motioned to
approve the minutes. Lary Boese seconded. Motion approved.
The driveway ordinance was again discussed and the recommendations
were to be forwarded to the Town Board.
1. 2” minimum of base coarse to run at least 20 feet from the
edge of the road.
2. Change the fine for non conforming driveways to $100/ day
not to exceed $2500
The commission then continued work on re-writing of the mobile home
ordinance.
The date of the next meeting was set for Aug. 22 2007 at 7:00p.m.
Lary Boese motioned to adjourn the meeting and was seconded by Kevin
Ludwigson. Motion approved.
