July 14, 2010 Board Meeting Minutes
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday July 14. 2010 for their monthly meeting
at the Auburn Town Hall.
All were present plus, Stacey Martinson who left at 8:45pm.
The minutes of the June meeting were read. Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve the minutes as read pending we add the minutes from the Special meeting held on June 10th concerning the liquour license for the White Birch Bar and Grill. . Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Paul Scheidecker made a motion to authorize checks # 8069- 8098 be paid, and the financial report be approved. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
During public comment Melinda Channing gave an overview of her qualifications for and desire to be considered for the position of Coroner in the upcoming September primary.
Next Stacey Martinson asked if there could be something mandated to put the property line agreement in writing to avoid future misunderstanding. The Board will talk with Beckers.
The August Board meeting date was changed to August 5, 2010 at 7PM with a motion by Jay Sippy and a second by Paul Scheidecker. Motion carried.
After setting the agenda for the August meeting Jay Sippy made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned at 9:10pm.
