January 13, 2010 Board Meeting Minutes
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 for their monthly meeting.
All were present, plus Mark Blaha.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.
The minutes of the December meeting were read. Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Jay Sippy made a motion to authorize checks # 7936 - 7975 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
Paul Scheidecker made a motion we insure our property fence for $10,000.00. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
A motion to buy a new battery charger was made by Paul Scheidecker and seconded by Leo Zeman. Motion carried.
After setting the agenda for the February meeting, Paul Scheidecker made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Jay Sippy seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 7:48 PM.
