February 11, 2009 Board Meeting Minutes
The Board of the Town of Auburn met for their monthly meeting at the
Town Hall on February 11, 2009 at 7 PM. All were present plus Kevin
Ludwigson who arrived at 7:07 PM.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Leo Zeman at 7:02 PM.
The minutes of the January meeting were read. Paul Scheidecker made a
motion to approve the minutes as read. Jay Sippy seconded the motion.
Carried.
The Financial report was reviewed and bills were audited. Checks
number # 7704-7730 and the financial report were approved with a
motion by Jay Sippy and a second by Leo Zeman. Motion carried.
Correspondence was reviewed and there followed a discussion of the
matter of a school bus sign being installed by Paul Scheideckers
place on Highway Q, and if the Town should pay to have this done.
After setting the agenda for the March meeting, Jay Sippy made a
motion to adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion.
Carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:55PM.
