BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, February 10. 2010 for their monthly meeting
at the Auburn Town Hall.
All were present except Jay Sippy who arrived at 7:20PM, plus Shawn Ruckman and Chad Philipps,, who left at 7:15PM.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.
The minutes of the January meeting were read. Leo Zeman made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Paul Scheidecker made a motion to authorize checks # 7976 – 7996 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
There was a discussion about the adoption of an ordinance concerning possible snowplowing of private driveways. The decision was made not to plow driveways. No ordinance was necessary.
After setting the agenda for the March meeting, Jay Sippy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
