BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 for their monthly meeting.
All were present . The meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM.
The minutes of the November meeting were read. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Paul Scheidecker made a motion to authorize checks # 7915-7935 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
The finalized budget was approved with a motion by Jay Sippy and a second by Paul Scheidecker. Motion carried.
With a motion by Paul Scheidecker and a second by Jay Sippy the following election officials were appointed for the next two year term (Jan 2010- Dec 2011): Bea Zeman, Barb Sykora, Dot
Weyers, Dorothy Conrad, Shirley Meindel, Deanna Stuckert, and Mary Brekken. Motion carried.
There was some discussion concerning the need for adding insurance for the new fencing. We will find out cost and make a decision at the January meeting.
After setting the agenda for the January meeting, Jay Sippy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:08 PM.
