BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 for their monthly meeting
at the Auburn Town Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Leo Zeman at 7:02 pm.
All the Board were present plus Kevin Ludwigson and Heather Anderson who left at 7:35pm.
The minutes of the November meeting were read. Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Jay Sippy made a motion to authorize checks # 8162 -8184 be paid, and the financial report be approved. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
For public comment Heather Anderson asked if we could be more pro-active in dealing with the sand mine. Even if they have already begun. could the Town of Auburn do what the Town of Howard has done in setting down some regulations?
Non-candidacy forms were filled out.
Jay Sippy made a motion to set the date of the caucus meeting for Tuesday, January 25, 2011,
at 7 PM. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
Since there were no major changes since last year it was decided to leave our insurance policy as is.
After setting the agenda for the January meeting Jay Sippy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Paul Scheidecker seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM.
