On December 29, 2010 the Planning Commission of the Town of Auburn meet for their twenty-third meeting. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.
Members present were Al Blaha, Dennis Henry, Wade Latz, Paul Scheidecker,Clyde Allison, Lary Boese, and Kevin Ludwigson.
The minutes of the last meeting were approved by the commission.
Aaron Kent,representing Superior Silica Sand,commented during the public comment session that he was available for questions from anyone at anytime. He may contacted at any time with complaints and questions at 715-829-0479.
Suggestions and discussion of issues related to the sand plants use of Town of Auburns roads followed the public comment.

3. Dust issue
4. Speed limits
5. Current road maintenance needed
6. Road Statues
Public Comment: Heather Anderson approached the Commission about adopting a licensing ordinance similar to the Town of Howard.
After setting the agenda for the next meeting on Jan 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. the meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
