December 28, 2009 Special Town Meeting
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING MINUTES
On December 28, 2009 a Special Town meeting was held at the Auburn Town Hall at 4:30 pm. Those present were Leo Zeman, Jay Sippy, Paul Scheidecker, Judy Misner,
Don Klukas and Michele Scheidecker.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Leo Zeman at 4:32pm.
After reviewing the liquor and cigarette license applications Jay Sippy made a motion to grant a liquor and cigarette license to Michele Scheidecker for the White Birch Bar and Grill, LLC. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Jay Sippy and seconded by Paul Scheidecker. Meeting was adjourned at 4:45pm.
