On august 29, 2009 the Planning Commission of the Town of Auburn met for their twenty-first meeting. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Members present were Lary Boese, Al Blaha, Wade Latz, Dennis Henry, Clyde Allison, and Kevin Ludwigson. Paul Scheidecker was absent. Also attending were Randi Osberg, Shawn Rauckman, Alden Berg, Gene Peterson and Jim Pingel.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved by the commission.
Randi Osberg gave an overview of the Commission's purpose and activity to date on the Town's Comprehensive Plan.
Shawn Rauckman then distributed an initial draft of the comprehensive plan and reviewed the plan with the commission. The members of the commission will review the plan before the next meeting and recommend changes or alterations.
The next meeting was scheduled for September 28, 2009 at 7:00 P.M.
After setting the agenda for the next meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
