April 14, 2010 Board Meeting Minutes
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Town Board of Auburn met on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 for their monthly meeting.
All were present, plus Kevin Ludwigson, Chad Philipps and Kevin Pietz. Chad left at 7:20PM.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
The minutes of the March meeting were read. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial statement Paul Scheicker made a motion to authorize checks # 8015 - 8047 to be paid, and the financial report be approved. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
After a bit of discussion with Chad concerning the number of hours he puts in, Jay Sippy made a motion to renew Chad’s contract for 2 years. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried.
Since the Town will be doing revaluation this year and most likely will need to adjourn the Board of Review to a later date, Jay Sippy made a motion to let the assessor decide the date of the Board of Review and Open Book for the time he anticipates he will have the assessment roll completed. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried.
Jay Sippy made a motion that we hire Bob Wellner to do our bush mowing this summer. Leo Zeman seconded it. Motion carried.
After setting the agenda for the May meeting, Leo Zeman made a motion that we adjourn the meeting. Jay Sippy seconded it. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.
