ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES ~ 2010
The annual meeting for the Town of Auburn was held on April 13, 2010 at the Auburn Town Hall. There were 7 people present. The meeting was called to order at 7 PM by Chairman Leo Zeman.
The minutes of the 2009 annual meeting were read. Leo Zeman made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried.
The financial report was reviewed and discussed. Alden Berg questioned the amount of money spent on mowing ditches. A motion to approve the financial report was made by Alden Berg and seconded by Kevin Ludwigson. Motion carried.
The plans for blacktopping the road past Alden Berg’s place this summer was discussed.
With no other business to discuss a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Gene Peterson and seconded by Paul Scheidecker. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 PM.
