BOARD MEETING MINUTES On December 11, 2007 the Auburn Town Board met at 7 PM for their regular monthly meeting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Leo Zeman at 7:10 PM. All were present except for Paul Scheidecker who arrived at 7:30 PM. Also present were Andy Beckel , Julie Fleischauer, Tim Heardman and Ken Jost. Julie, Tim and Ken all left at 7:25 PM. The minutes were read from the November meeting. A motion was made by Leo Zeman to approve the minutes as read. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried. The original liqour license applicaton for Julie Fleischauer and the operator's licenses for Julie Fleischauer and Tim Heardman were approved with a motion by Leo Zeman and a second by Jay Sippy. Motion carried. A motion to return $250.00, which is half the annual liquor license fee, to Gary Fleischauer; and that Julie Fleschauer would pay $250.00 to the Town for the second half of the yearly liqour license fee was made by Leo Zeman and seconded by Jay Sippy. Motion carried. After reviewing the financial report and auditing bills, Jay Sippy made a motion to approve payment of checks # 7374-7399. Leo Zeman seconded the motion. Carried. Leo Zeman made a motion to change the Board meeting night to the second Wednesday of each month at 7PM. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried. A motion to appoint the following chief inspector/ elections workers for the term from January 2008- December 2009, was made by Paul Scheidecker and seconded by Jay Sippy: Bea Zeman, Barb Sykora, Dorothy Conrad, Dorothy Weyers, Deanna Stuckert and Mary Brekken. Motion carried. A motion to finalize the proposed budget was made by Jay Sippy and seconded by Paul Scheidecker. Motion carried. A motion to adopt Resolution 07-01 was made by Jay Sippy and seconded by Paul Scheidecker. A motion to adopt Ordinance 07-06 was made by Paul Scheidecker and seconded by Jay Sippy. These 2 documents will be posted in 3 places in the Town. After setting the agenda for the January meeting a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Paul Scheidecker and seconded by Jay Sippy.
