October 9, 2007 Board Meeting Minutes
The Auburn Town Board met on October 9,2007 for their regular meeting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Leo Zeman at 7:21PM. All were present plus Al Blaha and Dennis Henry. Chad Philipps arrived at 8:25PM. The minutes of the September meeting were read. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the minutes with the correction that the Plan Commission review ordinances and bring their recommendations back to the Board. Paul Scheidecker seconded the motion. Carried. After auditing the bills and reviewing the financial report, a motion to approve the payment of checks # 7339 -7355 and the financial report was made by Leo Zeman and seconded by Paul Scheidecker. Carried. Next the budget was reviewed and adjustments made. Leo Zeman made a motion to set the date for the Budget meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 7:30PM, and the Board meeting at 5:30PM on the same night. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried. The employee job description was tabled until the next meeting. After setting the agenda and working on the Paser forms, the meeting was adjourned with a motion by Jay Sippy and a second by Paul Scheidecker. Carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:10PM.
