October 8, 2008 Board Meeting Minutes
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Auburn Town Board met on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 for their
monthly meeting. Those present were Leo Zeman, Jay Sippy, Gene
Peterson, Judy Misner, Chad Philipps, Sam LaGesse, and Darlene Hass.

The meeting was called to order at 7 PM by Chairman, Leo Zeman. The
minutes of the September meeting were read and approved with a motion
by Leo Zeman and a second by Jay
Sippy. Motion carried.
Sam LaGesse took the floor for Public Comment, asking for Bob Hass if
there was any reason Bob could not create an open sand pit. This
question will be brought up again at the next Board meeting.
Leo Zeman made a motion to authorize the clerk to transfer money if
needed from CD # 925 or CD # 657. Jay Sippy seconded the motion.
Carried.
Financial report was reviewed and accepted with a motion by Jay Sippy
and a second by Leo Zeman. Bills were audited and authorized for
payment with checks # 7606-7629, by a motion from Leo Zeman and a
second by Jay Sippy. Motion carried.
The proposed budget was reviewed and a few changes were made. A
motion to set the Annual Budget meeting for November 11, 2008 at 7 PM,
was made by Jay Sippy and seconded by Leo Zeman. Motion carried.
After setting the agenda for the November meeting, a motion to
adjourn the meeting was made by Jay Sippy and seconded by Leo Zeman.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15PM.
