On Aug 22 2007 the Planning Commission of the Town of Auburn meet at
the Town Hall for their eleventh meeting. Members present were Paul
Scheidecker, Al Blaha, Dennis Henry, Clyde Allison Kevin Ludwigson and
Wade Latz. Lary Boese was absent. Also present wa sloe Zeman.
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. Dennis Henry read the
minutes of the previous meeting. Wade Latz made a motion to approve
the minutes. Kevin Ludwigson Seconded. Motion approved.
The commission then discussed permit fees as requested by the Town
Board. The following recommendations were to forwarded to the Town
Board for their approval.
1. Building permit fees increased to $50.00
2. Out building permit fees increased to $20.00
3. All Structures are to be no closer than 65 feet from the
center of the road.
4. The driveway inspector would be responsible for checking the
distance requirement.
5. The above recommendations are to be included in the new
mobile home ordinance
After setting the agenda for the next meeting on Sept 5 2007 at 7:00
p.m., Kevin Ludwigson made a motion to adjourn. Clyde Allison
seconded. Motion approved.
