On July 11 2007 the Planning Commission af the Town of Auburn meet at
the Town hall. Members present were Kevin Ludwigson, Al Blaha, Clyde
Allison, Paul Scheidecker, and Dennis Henry. Leo Zeman and Virginia
Welle were also present. Members absent were Wade Latz and Lary
Boese.
Al Blaha called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Dennis Henry read
the minutes of the previous meeting. The minutes were corrected to
show that Kevin Ludwigson was present at the last meeting. Ludwigson
motioned to approve the minutes. Seconded by Allison. Motion
approved.
Virginia Welle addressed the commission about her interest in the
proceedings of the Commission.
The Commission then had a discussion of a fee for driveway
inspections. A $50.00 fee was suggested. Henry made a motion to
recommend to the Town board that $50.00 be established as a driveway
inspection fee. Scheidecker seconded. Motion approved.
The Commission then began work on reworking the Town”s Building
ordinance (02-1)
The next meeting was set for July25 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
After setting the adgenda for the next meeting, Henry motioned to
adjorn at 9:14 p.m. Ludwison seconded . Motion approved.
