On June 6 2007 the Planing Commission of the Town of Auburn met at
the Town hall. Members present were Lary Boese, Dennis Henry, Al
Blaha, and Paul Scheidecker. Wade Latz, Kevin Ludwigson, and Clyde
Allison were absent. Leo Zeman was also present.
Al Blaha called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Dennis Henry read
the minutes of the previous meeting. Lary Boese motioned to accept the
minutes, Paul Scheidecker seconded. Motion carried.
A discussion to finalize a driveway ordinance followed with the
following recommendations.
With reference to recommendations made at Dec. 27 2006 meeting of
twelve points sent to Town Board. No.8—Add 10 days to correct
improperly installed driveway and a fine not to exceed $1000.00. Also
add No. 13—An inspection fee will be required.
It was also decided to recommend the Town Board , that Lee Fox be
invited to the next Town Board Meeting to discuss a fee for driveway
inspections and approval.
Al Blaha and Dennis Henry will contact An attorney to help with
drafting Town ordinances.
The date and time for the next meeting was set for July 11 2007 at
7:00 p.m.
After setting the agenda for the next meeting Paul Scheidecker
motioned to adjourn the meeting Dennis Henry seconded. Motion
carried.
