TOWN OF AUBURN BOARD MEETING MINUTES The Auburn Town Board met for their regular meeting on Tuesday, June 12, 2007. All were present plus Lee Fochs and his wife, who left at 7:30 PM; and Jim Pingel who arrived at 7:30 PM. At this time the meeting was called to order by Chairman, Leo Zeman. The minutes of the May meeting were read and approved with a motion by Leo Zeman and a second by Paul Scheidecker. Motion carried. Bills were audited and checks # 7253- 7274 were authorized for payment, as well as the financial report being approved with a motion by Leo Zeman and a second by Jay Sippy. Motion carried. Paul Scheidecker made a motion to approve edoorcounty webdesigns to design and set up a website for the Town of Auburn this summer, and to be billed in January of 2008 for this service. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried. After reviewing the sample application for hall rental and making a few adjustments, Paul Scheidecker made a motion that we type our own copy of the application to be submitted for final approval by the Board at our next Board meeting. Concerning the truck box repair, Leo will call Universal Truck Equipment for a quote. Paul Scheidecker made a motion that we order the online flag and pole that was approved by the Board, for indoor use. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried. Jay Sippy made a motion to approve the liquor licenses for Gary Fleischauer and Brad Carlson: and the operator's licenses for the following: Brad Carlson, Christine Peterson, Linda Petersen, Michele Schiedecker, Penny Snyder, Amanda Kollwitz, Gary Fleischauer, Cindy Schwarzhuber, Ruth Eastham, and Julie LaPlante. The motion was seconded by Paul Scheidecker. Motion carried. Leo Zeman made a motion to change the day of the monthly Board meeting from the second Monday of the month to the second Tuesday of the month. Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried. After setting the agenda, Paul Scheidecker made a motion to adjourn the meeting . Jay Sippy seconded the motion. Carried. meeting adjourned at 10:03 PM.
